Requirements Regarding the Board of Directors:

• Minimum of three members
• Maximum number has not been determined
• The corporation shall have a minimum of two officers, a president and a secretary/treasurer
• Quorum is 2/3 of membership
• Officers are elected to a one year term and may serve only four terms consecutively in the same position
• Board Members may serve any number of years

Board Qualifications:

• Members must be in agreement with the Crossfire Ministries, Inc. Mission Statement and Statement of Faith.
• Members must attend regularly scheduled board meetings and ministry activities.
• Members must be of good moral character according to Biblical standards stated in Philippians 2:14.
• Members need to be willing to promote Crossfire and its programs in the community.
• Members should be supportive of the ministry spiritually, financially, and physically.
• Members should have working knowledge of all areas of Crossfire Ministries.
• Members should be called by God to serve with Crossfire Ministries.
