Requirements Regarding the Board of Directors:

Minimum of three members
Maximum number has not been determined
The corporation shall have a minimum of two officers, a president and a secretary/treasurer
Quorum is 2/3 of membership
Officers are elected to a one year term and may serve only four terms consecutively in the same position
Board Members may serve any number of years

Board Qualifications:

Members must be in agreement with the Crossfire Ministries, Inc. Mission Statement and Statement of Faith.
Members must attend regularly scheduled board meetings and ministry activities.
Members must be of good moral character according to Biblical standards stated in Philippians 2:14.
Members need to be willing to promote Crossfire and its programs in the community.
Members should be supportive of the ministry spiritually, financially, and physically.
Members should have working knowledge of all areas of Crossfire Ministries.
Members should be called by God to serve with Crossfire Ministries.
