Crossfire Ministries.Food Pantry- Crossfire needs people to volunteer on a regular basis in the food pantry. A few shifts are still available Tuesday through Friday. The work would include client service, receiving, sorting, processing food, cleaning, arranging the pantry, and preserving food for future use.
- Crossfire needs an assistant pantry manager who help will oversee the pantry, food rotation, the system and its workers. This would include working several half or full days a week.
Sorters and Merchandisers- There are a few openings at Crossfire for people who will volunteer on a regular basis Tuesday through Friday. This would include preparing, sorting, and marking merchandise and clothes that come into the mission by donation.
- Crossfire needs people who will volunteer on a regular basis Tuesday through Friday to process merchandise including hanging, boxing, bagging, displaying, putting out merchandise, cleaning and straightening displays.
The Comforter's Quilt Ministry- Help is needed in sewing and making quilts and comforters for the needy and to sell for benefit.
Volunteer Developer- Crossfire needs an individual who will make contacts, recruit, and train volunteers.
Special Projects- Crossfire also sponsors special projects throughout the year. Preparation and distribution are needed around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
Publicity and Promotion- Crossfire needs assistance in organizing, planning, publicizing, and running benefit sales and events including several craft sales, baby and children’s item sale, treasure sale, auctions, and others.
- Crossfire needs individuals to make promotional calls on churches, supporters and businesses, to seek supplies and resources, and to help promote the ministry.
Ladies' Outreach- Crossfire is in need of women who might be willing to help with our quarterly women’s luncheon plans. Check for current information and opportunities.
Foreign Missions- Crossfire supports an orphanage, two pastors, and a traveling tent ministry in Mexico. Short term mission opportunities are sometimes available.
